About us
Body corporate managers are engaged to maintain a body corporate, also known as an owners corporation, which is made up of all the owners in a subdivision or property development that include common property. For example if you are an owner in a set of units who share gardens and a driveway, or an owner in a block of apartments who share elevators and a pool, then you can benefit from a body corporate manager and their services.
Common property is the responsibility of all owners, but it takes significant time and work to manage all that is involved, including insurance, following legislation, organising meetings, property maintenance, record keeping and more. This is where a body corporate manager comes in.
The Body Corporate Collective provides trustworthy and consistent body corporate management services for your owners corporation. We will work with you to achieve a smoothly run body corporate, utilising our professional experience, knowledge and commitment to you and your Essendon North Property.
